Focal SUB 30 KXE dual sealed wedge enclosure for a 12-inch driver: 1.25 cu ft net, Qtc 0.71, F3 44.6 Hz.
That Qtc sits right at the textbook sealed target: flat to the corner frequency, then a slow roll-off that the cabin of a car or truck largely makes up.
The wedge shape sits against the rear seat back and fires into the trunk, leaving the floor in front of it free.
Listed construction: 3/4-inch MDF, with a doubled 1.5-inch front baffle, dado and V-groove panel joints, black carpet, polyfill installed, pre-wired terminal cup.
Your subwoofer's mounting depth needs to be 6.77 inches or less. Each driver gets its own sealed chamber. The published figures assume the dual 4 ohm versions of the driver. Send us your subwoofer model and we will check it against this box before you order.
