We ship to addresses in the United States. How an order ships, and what it costs, depends on what you order.
How orders ship
Subwoofers and smaller enclosures usually ship by parcel carrier.
Large or heavy enclosures may ship by freight. Freight deliveries usually need someone available to receive them.
Shipping cost and timing
Checkout shows shipping as “cost confirmed before it ships”. We confirm the carrier, the cost and an estimated delivery window with you after you order and before anything ships. Nothing is charged for shipping without your agreement. If you want a shipping estimate before ordering, ask us and we will work it out from your ZIP code.
Custom builds
A custom box ships after it is built. When we quote a custom order, we give you an estimate for the build and the delivery for that specific order.
When your order arrives
Check the packaging and the item when it arrives. If anything is damaged, keep all the packaging, take photos, and contact us on (785) 430-0822 or through the contact page before you install or return anything. We will work out the next step with you.
