JL Audio 10W1v3 dual sealed down fire enclosure for a 10-inch driver: 1.1 cu ft net, Qtc 0.85-0.87, F3 42.3 Hz.
A Qtc of 0.85-0.87 adds a little lift before the response rolls off: more impact than a textbook alignment, still tidy on fast bass lines.
Firing into the floor adds boundary loading, so in the vehicle it plays deeper than the anechoic figure suggests.
Down-firing keeps the cone protected and leaves a flat top you can load.
Listed construction: 3/4-inch MDF, with a doubled 1.5-inch front baffle, dado and V-groove panel joints, black carpet, polyfill installed, pre-wired terminal cup.
Your subwoofer's mounting depth needs to be 4.6 inches or less. Each driver gets its own sealed chamber. Tell us which subwoofer you run and we will confirm the match first.
